Do you imagine it will be possible one day to change aspect ratio on an iPad and would you want to?

Hi. Hope you’re all doing well. That’s one of those features I like about Samsung Galaxy devices and it’s always seemed odd my iPad Pro doesn’t at least offer that as an option, especially given the premium price tag. I mean, I know App,e devices aren’t known for their customization options, but if you expect… Continue reading Do you imagine it will be possible one day to change aspect ratio on an iPad and would you want to?

Has Apple’s Tim Cook put everything on the line for Apple Reality?

I might get one if I’m feeling super impulsive and it can realistically replace monitors. Might be cool to be a digital nomad with an easy to set up alternative to external monitors. But that’s such a ridiculous use case, right? Otherwise, this feels a lot like the Metaverse hype. Hope to be wrong though.

Default favorites in Safari

Do the websites that appear as default favorites in Safari (eg. Disney, Yahoo, etc.) pay for that privilege, or does Apple just pick them? I assume it’s the former, if so, how much do the companies pay and do we know what are the terms of the contracts? How often are your Apple Pay Merchant labels completely wrong?

What does it show when you tap on the “McDonald’s” right below the amount? It should show the unadjusted merchant name as opposed to the cleaned up version. Why Apple stays in China

There is an argument to be made that China is just as dependent on Apple as Apple is on them (because Apple is responsible for employing so many Chinese citizens), so I feel that Apple is actually in a far safer position that people give them credit for. [Request] How is reporting on illegally obtained Apple-insider information legal?

Wondering if any lawyers can help break this down for me.
