Looking at the Apple website for the Maldives it looks like you can’t buy through Apple directly? The student discounts are done through Apple, so I would doubt they offer the discount if they don’t even sell you the thing.
You would have to see if there are any computer stores that offer student pricing for you. Alternatively your school or uni (depending what you’re attending) may offer some store front with discounts
