I work at an airport and we get lost iPhones (and Android) turned in daily. Almost NONE of them have the Emergency info filled out so we can call your emergency contacts and tell them about the found phone. Or page you to come get your phone. Not to mention the possibility of a passenger falling or being unable to communicate for some reason and without the Emergency info we have no way to contact their friends or relatives.
Just go to Settings>Health>Medical ID and at least fill out the Emergency Contacts phone numbers. And make sure your name is there so we can page you by name if your phone is turned in as lost.
This info is available on a locked phone at the Emergency label on the bottom of the page where you enter your passcode.
