Smartphone innovation is slowing. The idea of camping outside of an Apple store today waiting for the next iPhone would sounds pretty stupid.
iPhone is responsible for about half of Apple’s revenue so the need the service satisfies is the slowdown in money flowing it’s way.
Apple’s bottom line is and always has been to make money. I feel like some people are surprised to find that out.
