Quick question. Will you adopt / have you adopted ADP or Security Keys for Apple ID?

What is the consensus on Apple’s ADP rollout and on use of Security Keys to secure an Apple ID?

For ‘general’ users, would it be recommended to adopt one or both of these measures?

I’m interested to see what the feeling is amongst Apple users.
