Apple Now Has More Than Two Billion Active Devices Worldwide

I would imagine those would count. If they’re tied to an Apple ID and have been used then yea, counts as active to me. I have two iPads and two macs, and I don’t always use them week to week. It’s just myself. Depends on the mood or the events in my life.
