My girlfriend and I have been going through a rough patch recently and I was looking back at old photos of us. I noticed that they were taken with live on and so I played them and in one she was laughing at the start of it and it made me break down crying, but not really in a bad way. I remember shortly after we took those photos she had told me she didn’t like the live feature and I remember myself responding with something along the lines of “I like to keep it on cause it might capture something special that I’d like to look back on later you know?”
It was honestly a nice reminder to never take anything or anyone for granted, and to cherish both the little and big things in life because they could easily disappear in the blink of an eye.
