No one ever asks me that. I’m tired. I’m working a lot and it’s physically demanding at the end of the day. During the day I work with a high school kid who’s really struggling mentally with thoughts of self harm. So just listening to that all day is draining. It’s just exhausting.

A leader is someone who supports the people around them. Understanding everyone’s strengths and weaknesses and helping is important.
