How can lonely people achieve the same health benefits/life expectancy as social people/those with families?

Loneliness is viewed differently after a while. I always feel out of place with each person I meet deep inside and leaned that keeping most people around drains me for some reason. It’s not that I don’t like all these people it’s healthier for my to have a simple life. I personally speaking wouldn’t be able to achieve it without discovering meditation, and a lot of research.
