heights. i am acrophobic. i also get scared in caves, but thats more cause my mind likes to think about scenarios where theres a cave in and i suffocate lol but heights scare me way more. doesn’t even have to be real heights, drawings and video game graphics depicting heights cause my insides to tense and my palms to sweat from stress/fear. even just typing this out has caused my palms to sweat lol
