Mohammad was a pedophile and a warlord. Like I’ve tried to morally reconcile this many times, but it’s just not possible. Never. If the other person/people start throwing hands first, you have every right to defend yourself/fight back/retain them, whichever side of the argument you’re on. However, any intelligent conversation/debate/conflict ideally, should never result in violence. Everyone is just going to have to sit down and talk it through like mature adults eventually, anyway.

My wife and I are having a lively debate, please help us by answering the question “what does it mean to be masculine”?

To wear men’s pants. It doesn’t mean anything anymore, we’re past the point of segmenting tasks. People don’t need to hunt or gather anymore, we don’t have an economy that enables single earner households, we don’t need specified gender roles. Will humanity ever get the point of not murdering one another and why?

I don’t think so. It’s in our nature. Even if, say, we reach global peace and there are no more wars, there is just this feeling sometimes when someone angers you so much that you want to kill them. A lot of businesses pass the rising costs a few different ways, they’ll charge more to their customers, they’ll not give as many raises, bonuses or benefits to their current employees and they’ll look at other ways to save money, maybe trim non essential staff, lower the quality or expand/reduce hours.
