For me it is the little cutting wheels on the can opener. We don’t run it through the dishwasher and they eventually end up with nasty bits crusted up around the cutting mechanism. I periodically clean it out with a toothpick and running water, but I’m pretty sure my wife and kids don’t even realize they get dirty.
