Nothing. I’ve seen people act badly and I’ve seen people act kindly. Plenty of both. The only people who think they understand human nature are people who aren’t as smart or insightful as they think they are.
People aren’t mostly good or mostly bad, and there’s as much love and self-sacrifice as there is greed and hatred if you don’t take comments on the internet as your only samples.
