When one character is not understandable and another character unnaturally repeats what they say as an interpretation for the audience. Like:
Gabalabaflana!!!
You’re right, the coffee IS pretty bad!
Or
Bark bark!
What’s that Lassie? Timmy’s in the well?!
Same with one way phone calls where they repeat what the other person says in a weird way so we can know wtf is being talked about, but people don’t talk like that in real life.
