Is PCOD the same as PCOS? If so, (Myo-) Inositol (a food supplement, that my doctor recommended) somewhat works for me (it makes me have a period, and if I am not mistaken, a bit of fat/water moved from the tummy region to the hips…) For my skin, eating less sugar had a bigger effecty than the supplement.
BUT I am neither overweight nor very skinny, not pre-diabetic and not planning to have kids soon, so your experience may vary from mine . I think, there is a PCOS subreddit, that might be helpful
