i dont give a shit about the part of sex education that is about sex. humanity hasnt scratched the surface of how periods affects your entire body and life and yet what little information is out there is spread thin and is too much to remember offhand or is all locked behind paywalls in apps. what are teens supposed to do? wtf am i supposed to do with so little time?? finally ive made progress on battling my horrible periods by discovering WUKA period panties and vegan histamine metabolizing supplements, but for the sake of battling my migraines i need to understand more about period phases and vasodilation. Cant find any useful apps that have this info and notification options that arent behind a paywall and im so pissed off. Just needed to vent about my very specific problem
