Why create a show called Naked & Afraid when nudity isn’t allowed on American mainstream television?

I guess I can see that. I actually really enjoy survival shows like Alone & Survivorman, but this show seems like they took that idea and tried to make it scandalous, but then it wasn’t because they couldn’t. Maybe the show is just poorly named.
