What’s happened to Apple

I am writing here because Apple deletes my messages in the Apple community forum.

Apple prides itself in products that work together smoothly, however that is apparently not the case. It hasn’t been like that for some time now.

Other headphones connect better to my Apple devices than airpods/AirPod pros AirPods switching over to another device without audio content being played Apple fitness has stopped detecting watches Noises clicking sounds when watching Apple TV Airplay that keeps dropping

Before anyone starts suggesting fixes, know that I have tried them all…. Deleting, signing out of Apple account, etc…

Apple support itself has been a big disappointment. In once case, to stop AirPods switching to another device, I was asked to clean my AirPods.

As with many others in the community, I have switched over to online support rather than Apple support. Fortunately there are good articles and videos that offer solutions to Apple products which Apple doesn’t do well….. However, the number of problems with Apple products currently seems to exceed what the community can support.

As a product manager aner myself, I have even proposed to send detailed feedback. But instead just had posts deleted.
