What style of panties do you wear on your period?

I use a menstrual cup which is fabulous! I am curious if I should buy a pack of cheaper panties just to be safe or do I go commando?

I wear thongs when I’m not on my period. Love them! They’re not comfortable to sleep in though when it’s that time of the month…..

So panties or no panties for period?????
