What makes it difficult for you separate art from the artists behavior/views?

If they’re still alive.

Lovecraft: Terrible man, great stories, doesn’t profit from them since he’s dead so it’s easy to enjoy.

Same goes for most art mediums to me. I’ll laugh at Louis CK again once he does the world a favor and dies.
