weird nexplanon symptoms??

Hey, I’m on my third nexplanon implant, and while I don’t get periods, I get cramps and spotting a couple of times a year. The spotting is brown or clotty, and the cramps are fucking awful. It usually happens when I’m super stressed or has also happened after long haul flights. Once or twice I’ve had a bit of spotting after rough sex too. It’s normal apparently and for me anyway it’s way better than actually having to deal with periods or fear of pregnancy. Hope that helps but if you’re worried speak to your doctor ❤️
