Okay so if you are into heath and fitness or maybe struggle with body image you will either hate or love this. I also do not mean to spark any controversy as I am genuinely curious. I ran into this trick by accident a few years ago and I’ve always wondered. If you stand in a full-length mirror at night, or in the dark, and you shine a flashlight or your phone flashlight on your legs and stomach, you can really see ALL THE FAT CELLS AND CELLULITE. I know it is more of a shadow thing, but I’m wondering if any fitness people are science people here can clarify : do my legs really look this insanely lumpy? Or is that just the way the shadows are hitting.

It honestly is really hard to see this much fat on my body looking this bad. I don’t mind curves, but I don’t want to look lumpy and unhealthy. I guess what I’m wondering is when I go to the beach, is this what I actually look like? As a woman, I have to tell myself that I do need a healthy amount of fat in those areas .. but damn… I’m wondering if anyone else has tried it or I’m asking you guys to try it and report back.
