It would be interesting if anyone over there in Glasgow reading this knew the reason why they decided to unionize, and could tell us why.
I ask because unions tend to form in places where the workers are treated poorly by the higher-ups, and the workers want the proverbial pendulum to swing back towards equilibrium, so I’m guessing the situation between workers and management was not good prior to unionization.
