Stop all apps

I don’t care how perfect iOS thinks it is, the one thing I really miss about android is the ability to close all programs. Periodically one program just isn’t working, shutting that program down (yes by really closing it by swiping up on it when you have your open programs showing as thumbnails) doesn’t work, restarting the phone/iPad doesn’t work, and the only thing that does is closing all programs (by manually closing each one) and restarting. 😖
