Lovely idea. I used to do this and had a unisex box as we all shared one toilet regardless of differences. I would also keep a range of products that are masculine and feminine and found my colleges would be leaving their own stuff to share after a while. Pads, cologne, perfume, tampons, the travel toothbrushes, baby wipes, face wipes, and pamphlets on knowing you matter with helplines and articles for more help and information when you feel low. Maybe some sweets, but that’s a little unsanitary in a bathroom. Then again I’d love a wee bag of malteasers.
