severe fear of becoming pregnant

I was wondering if any other women have dealt with this. ever since i first became sexually active, i have a horrible overwhelming fear of getting pregnant that affects me every day. I even got an IUD to try and lessen my anxiety, but still, my fear is telling me it’s still somehow going to happen. it’s becoming more and more debilitating and I don’t know what to do. I just want to know i’m not alone.
