hi, im worried i have septate hymen not that there is anything wrong with that!! i just swim a lot and i need to be able to use tampons lol. i havent had it looked at and cant figure out how to look at it myself. only reason i think it is because i tried taking out a tampon for the first time (inserting was fine) and it was super painful and there was a line of flesh going over the tampon? and i heard that means you have a septate hymen. sorry if TMI, but i want to know if there could possibly be another reason for that flesh thing? or will i have to get surgery. thanks. i am scared to speak to gyno. or ask my mum about it lmao thanks
