No. You can do it for a while in your youth but long term it WILL screw up your health in ways that are hard to recover from.
The problem the world doesn’t work the graveyard shift. No matter how good you are at swapping the day/night cycle around in your personal life you will wind up routinely having to get up in the middle of “your” nighttime for appointments, choirs, meetings, tasks, errands, etc and that deeply screws with your body and mind.
