It’s been a feature for years in Google Docs. And now Notion has added it to their free plan.
There’s plenty of stories of people accidentally deleting parts or entire notes, leaving the note, and then coming back to find theres no way to Command+Z. It’s is gone forever. I’ve personally experienced this and it’s absurd.
Make the feature for iCloud+ subscribers only if you’re worried about storage costs. But since Notion now has this for free, I’m switching over since I can’t trust Apple Notes as my second brain without some sort of history or backup.
