I am having my first gynaecologist’s appointment in about a week and I am super nervous about it 🥺. I feel uncomfortable about doing this, but I don’t have a choice and I know it’s important for my health.
Cam you tell me a little bit about what happens in this appointments and how this all works?
Also, should I shave down there? I really don’t know what to do. 😅
