Have you asked your gynecologist about them? It’s not normal to have such bad period cramps, and if your gyno says it’s normal you need to get a second opinion. You may have endometriosis, PCOS, or fibroids.
If you’ve gotten thoroughly checked out and there’s really nothing the doctor can do, there are some forms of birth control that make your period come once every three months or make it go away altogether. Even the regular pill can reduce your pms symptoms.
