I have struggled with severe depression when I was younger. For me it just sort of went away but I think it turned into seasonal affective disorder before just completely going away. But I have more recently struggled with very severe anxiety. It helped me to get self care apps because they would remind me of my goals of the day ranging from basic hygiene to journal prompts. it’s normal to struggle with your mental health at some point of your life. It doesn’t make you any less of a person nor should you beat yourself up over it. Our bodies are truly not designed for our societal pressures. That doesn’t mean you should be ashamed or anything like that with your body or mind. It’s doing it’s best that it can right now.
