I hate being a woman

I’m definitely a free spirit. I so desperately want to travel, hike, and explore the world. However I can’t, all because I’m a woman. I don’t feel safe enough to go out alone. I wouldn’t feel safe traveling outside of my country and staying in hostels, hiking trails, or even touristy areas without a group. It makes me so angry and sad that I won’t get to do the things I want all because of one factor I can’t control. Does anyone else feel this way?
