how to tell is my bf is future faking or being serious

i do admit that i have trust issues, and it’s not like we have been dating long enough to move onto the serious parts of life like marriage or living together. but we’ve talked about all of it. all aspects. my issue is that i’ve started to get red flags between us and i want to ask if he’s future faking or telling the truth, but idk how without making him people please me into a fake answer.
