Get yourself an app that has your workout on it. You’ll be focusing on your phone between sets. No one really cares what you’re doing in the gym. When I’m there I’m focusing on my own body, reps, strength, etc.

To make it easier on yourself, the first time you go just plan to do one exercise. If you want to do more after, that’s fine but if you’re uncomfortable it’s just for a few minutes.
