How do one dispose their pads?

So i thought everyone did it, but come to realize due to some post that that’s not the case.

How do you dispose your pads? I would roll them in itself and wrap it in toilet paper and throw it away. So nothing gets dirty and the smell of blood don’t go everywhere.

Sometimes attempting to save toilet paper and bc laziness I would roll some and put them on the bad where the pads came from hehe.

But I was wondering how other women did it otherwise. Just throw it in the bin in all its glory? I guess I hadn’t thought about doing that. But then the bin would get dirty and idk…
