Hey guys , let me explain u the situation so you can give me advice so my father wants to rent an apartment and it requires two people to live their so he wants to sign my name so he can get the apartment to himself and won’t have to live their. I have my own plans to move out and finding my own place and idk if his plan is going to interfere mine and I don’t feel comfortable living with him ,he didn’t discuss the situation for me about signing the paper other than what I have mentioned and I have little to no knowledge about it and all he says is that I should trust him and that I am his daughter will this cause me problems when I am apartment hunting ? Is this allowed in the US?
