Hello! I tried looking up existing posts about this but didn’t find any, I apologize if I looked up the wrong things and missed them.
I have been seeing a lot of “hormone balancing” recipes on social media, along with diets that are designed specifically to line up with your menstrual cycle. I feel bloated very often and was thinking about trying this.
Has anyone tried these diets over the long term, and if so, what differences did you see/feel with your body? Did you notice any changes in your mood? And do you think it makes any difference compared to just a regular diet, not lined up with your menstrual cycle?
