Advice or insightful experiences needed. English isn’t my first language.
I’ve noticed several times that before my period arrives, I would enter a lethargic state of mind where I’m more sensitive with things I’ve shown particular dislikes at. More often than not, it takes a toll on my mental health. I haven’t been accessible to proper diagnosis, so I wouldn’t strongly believe in any mental illnesses in particular, but I’m open-minded to possibilities. Now, I’m sure everybody has problems in their lives that they’re still struggling with no matter the age, and I do too. And honestly, given the state of my mental health during my “PMS”, it’s safe to say that I’m on the verge of breaking down and doing something selfish due to held grudge and pain over the years. I assume one of the approaches to the solution would be how to control the hormonal imbalance during the PMS, just so I wouldn’t do anything impulsive and be clear-minded, cold-headed like I normally am.
