Has anyone learned to orgasm from penetrative sex?

I’ve heard the stats about the majority of women not being able to orgasm from penetrative sex alone (most require clitoral stimulation).

I’m curious if this is a fixed/innate thing or if it’s something that can be learned? Have any of you gone from only being able to orgasm one way, but eventually learned to be capable of either/both?
