“Free speech” doesn’t mean you can say whatever you want without consequences, it just means you can’t be arrested for the act of saying it…
If you start shouting things in a private business and outstay your welcome, they can still call the cops on you for refusing to follow the rules of the business and not leaving.
Twitter is not owned by the government… if it was, the argument might be different.
