First time at a gym what should I do?

I’m very nervous that I won’t do enough and people will think I’m lazy, or ill take too much time and piss people off, and Idk help- Idk why I’m so nervous but I’m literally almost in tears-

I’ll be there for an hour at best, should I time each thing I’m on and so I don’t use it too little or exceed time?
