Possibly been asked a million times before but how is it that Apple allow fraudulent apps? An example of which is the top few “slots” apps put out by or on licence from Aristocrat have embedded ads which market real money gambling apps using local TV personalities and/or real major bank logos.
There doesn’t seem to be an obvious way to report these as far as I can see?
With whom does the liability for in-app ads fall? Apple or the developer? Just curious thank you for reading.
