So this is super weird and I’ve tried Googling it but haven’t found anything, and I’m the only person I’ve seen who seems to have this.
The hair on my head is naturally a medium blonde and I’m very pale, but all of my body hair is jet black. I have a thick black unibrow and a noticeable amount of black hair above my lip if I don’t wax. My leg and arm hair is black and almost as thick as my boyfriend’s, whose head hair is a similar color as mine but whose body hair is a medium brown. I have sideburns going down to my jaw if I don’t wax/trim. Black hair on my toes/feet, happy trail, on my neck where an Adam’s apple would be.
I’m biologically female and to my knowledge have no conditions like endometriosis, which I believe can cause hirsutism. Before I started dying my hair black, people thought my blonde hair wasn’t natural because of my eyebrows/arm hair. And now, people are always really surprised when I tell them I’m a natural blonde. Can hirsutism just…happen without any kind of underlying condition?
