I have irregular periods and bleed very less. Less volume but for more days. Because of this, sanitary napkin which is my usual option is not working out for me. It’s messy and I am getting rashes for leaving the pads on for so long.
I am thinking of shifting to tampons or cups. Can you suggest which one might be better? It’s a little uncomfortable thinking of inserting objects in my body but I am willing to try.
I was reading about it online and I heard tampons can dry out non period liquids too. Does it make sense to use it for such less bleeding then?
Cups though have favorable reviews seem to come with scary stories of getting stuck. If anyone’s from India here, I would really appreciate if you can help me with the brands that you like.
