There isn’t really any need to shut them off anymore and they provide a lot of use being on in the background.
There isn’t really any need to pretend to shut them off by disconnecting all devices but still keeping the radio powered on.
I like this far better. Let’s me disconnect an audio source without losing connection to everything else.
“I prefer X” doesn’t solve OP’s problem, which is that they’d like to have the option to use Y instead of X.
