So I love display tech and I’m a software engineer. So every year I’m swapping out for a hopefully improved experience.
I run two MacBook pros and they share a dual monitor setup. So I’m intimately experiencing MacOS display support.
I’m seeing an abysmal experience with this setup.
Whenever I switch inputs the MacBook never remembers the monitor arrangement and it must be manually set.
When inputs are switched from monitors the other MacBook is still “using” the monitors. Meaning that open applications are invisible. The mouse can scroll over to the right or left into invisible monitors which are no longer displaying this computer’s displays yet they still are shown to the OS.
Can we get these issues fixed and create a premium experience for monitors?
