Can a certain person cause you to have UTIs?

I have struggled with reoccurring UTIs and I’m assuming I inherited this from my mom. But I have noticed I get them specifically with my partner. He showers daily and even when I’m showering with him and actually seeing him wash everything, I’ll still get them after we have sex. I’ve tried buying other types of soap and everything and it just gets really tiring and I also feel bad for him because sometimes we will both want to, but I’ll still have a UTI from the last time. I don’t know if STI’s could somehow be relevant to that, but we have both been tested and neither of us have one. I have never had this issue with other partners though. Has anyone else experienced this?
