Hi everyone! Sorry if a similar post has already been made, but I am wondering if anyone is willing to share some things that help or have helped them overcome / ignore body dysmorphia. I’ve been finding it harder and harder to be confident, I weigh what would be considered healthy or normal for my height but I still think I need to lose weight so my stomach is flat. I know I don’t see myself how others see me and I want to work on being more confident, but it’s a little hard when your brain is telling you otherwise. That being said, if anyone has any tips or phrases that are particularly helpful to them and are willing to share I would appreciate it!
