Apple illegally interfered with union organizing in Atlanta, labor board finds

I said something seemed weird about what happened in St. Louis a couple of days ago, and with something like this coming to light it sure seems like a possibility. People there said the Union misrepresented what would happen or what the position would be, and I now I wonder if they found misrepresentation, or if Apple Illegally intervened.
